Michelle Sundholm a Versatile Voice Actor and Singer
With the experience and flexibility to dial into a script and take direction quickly, Michelle delivers solid character performances in many genres. She’s even been known to have full conversations with herself, providing multiple characters for eLearning projects, most notably for Mastercard as both Securitron, their robot mascot, and regular employees. Whether you need a reassuring and calm voice of reason, a boss, a subject matter expert or a hip friend at the office, Michelle has the experience to quickly nail your desired characters.
She also brings her voice to the gaming arena. One memorable video game performance was for Nintendo WiiU’s game Starghost as the A.I. voice “Maggie”. Working with a producer from games like Donkey Kong Freeze, she was able to bring attitude and personality to Maggie’s sassy instruction. (Michelle’s also a video game lover and was able to enjoy beating her own character after voicing the project!)
Michelle is a natural-born singer as well, and Collaborating with well known performing artists, Michelle has lent her voice to studio albums in songs like “That Silent Night” by her client and good friend Jim Brickman with legend Kenny Rogers and regularly writes and sings with dear friends Chad and Rachel Hamar of the country duo Cloverdayle. Along with her husband Steve Sundholm, a much sought-after sound engineer and producer and her talented sons Everett and Ashton, AKA The Sundholm Brothers, who are also voice over actors, Michelle rounds out this quartet she lovingly describes as an “Entertainment Family”. For Michelle, family is everything. One of the most important people in Michelle’s life is her mother, who lost her battle to colon cancer at the young age of 50. While the absence of her mother’s physical presence is always with her, Michelle has found strength and inspiration in remembering her mother’s perspective on life. “Even If there’s only a 1% chance to make it, YOU can be in that 1%!”. This wisdom has formed Michelle’s outlook on life. She maintains a positive attitude borne of her’s mother’s belief that “You Can” which has resonated with Michelle throughout her career. And Michelle brings this perspective of confidence, readiness, and achievement to every project she undertakes.
